Manhattan
Manhattan programs include hotel lobbies, office receptions, flagship retail and residential amenity spaces. Buildings with central air can use HVAC scenting through existing ducts; separate rooms or areas on independent systems may need standalone diffusers. The free survey checks the zones serving your space before system design, rather than assuming fragrance should travel across an entire property.
Brooklyn
Zent is based in Brooklyn and serves residential buildings, boutique hotels, stores, fitness studios and salons across the borough. Central-air buildings and converted spaces need different delivery arrangements. Consultation identifies the areas you want to scent, and the in-person facility survey establishes whether HVAC diffusion, standalone equipment or a combination suits the actual layout.
Queens
Queens scenting includes residential lobbies and amenities, healthcare common areas, retail and transportation waiting spaces. The choice of equipment follows the ventilation serving each area. A standalone diffuser can cover a space without central ductwork, while HVAC cold-air diffusion uses an existing system’s airflow. Odor concerns can be discussed alongside fragrance during the survey.
the Bronx
In the Bronx, multifamily lobbies, hallways and healthcare common areas can require odor neutralizing as well as a fragrance direction. Zent distinguishes eliminating unwanted odor from adding ambient scent. The survey considers the areas people use and the ductwork available, with standalone equipment for spaces that do not have suitable central air distribution.
Staten Island
Staten Island programs include retail centers, healthcare environments, residential common areas and fitness or beauty spaces. Larger connected floors and individual rooms can need different equipment. Zent assesses the ventilation and intended coverage in person, then develops the system and scent around those findings rather than applying the same arrangement to every building type.
New Jersey
Zent also serves New Jersey as part of its tri-state service area, including Jersey City and Hoboken. Residential towers, offices, hotels, stores and auto dealerships can discuss HVAC or standalone delivery during a free site survey.
